Identity Project

This is a critical contemporary art piece in collaboration with filmmaker John Bruce and fashion designer Daye Hwang. We unpack how identity is mediated through interfaces by aesthetically configuring code blocks of identity: our skin, makeup, and fashion. We shot single and group videos where we glitch individuals identities through hair, make-up and clothing and facilitated identity-political conversations. This work was exhibited in the digital exhibition UN:RESOLVED as part of the En[...]Clothed Collective hosted on Mozilla Hubs virtual space.
